Woven Label

Damask or satin weave, 50–100 threads/cm, sewn or heat-sealed on any fabric including mesh and TPU. Sizes 2 × 5 cm to 5 × 10 cm. The standard hang-point branding for private label ranges and accessory sets.

PU / Rubber Patch

Moulded silicone, PVC or PU patches 3–8 cm, sewn or heat-bonded. Raised 3D logo depth 1–2 mm, colour-matched to Pantone. Water-proof, so it is the default on dry bags and wet bags.

Debossing / Metal Badge

Deboss on PU, leather-look and TPU up to 8 cm; zinc-alloy badges 2–4 cm in nickel, gunmetal, gold or matte black. Used on work-gym totes and weekenders where a printed logo would look under-priced.

Custom Logo Bag Production Process: From Artwork to Shipment

Six checkpoints between your logo file and the shipped carton. Every step has a named owner and a fixed time window.
Day 0

Artwork check

We open your AI / PDF / PNG, confirm Pantone codes, minimum line weight (0.3 mm for print, 0.8 mm for embroidery) and placement in cm from a fixed reference edge.
Day 1–2

Method recommendation

Fabric, logo size and order volume decide the method. We send a one-page recommendation with a cost tier and a durability figure.
Day 2–7

Logo sample

Embroidery is digitised, screens or transfer films are made, or a patch mould is cut (7–10 days for moulds). The logo is applied to a full bag, not a swatch.
Day 7–9

Approval

You confirm colour, size and position on photos or the physical sample. One free revision. The signed-off bag becomes the golden sample.
Production

Inline logo inspection

Every logo panel is checked against the golden sample before it reaches the sewing line: registration, colour, thread tension, patch bond.
Pre-ship

100% final inspection

Each finished bag is inspected for logo position (±3 mm), colour and adhesion. SGS, BV or TUV inspections welcome, commissioned by the buyer.

Common problems

Custom Logo Bag Problems and How the Factory Prevents Them

The five defects that account for most logo rejections at inspection, and the control that removes each one.
Define the required test method, conditioning and pass criteria in the specification. Review the chosen material or logo method on the sample, and request an independent test where the programme requires one.
Cause: wrong ink or transfer on a stretch or coated fabric. Control: method chosen from the compatibility chart above; 40+ wash test on the sample before approval.
Embroidery puckers the panel
Cause: stitch density too high for the fabric weight. Control: density set at 4–5 stitches/mm with a tear-away backing on fabrics under 420D.
Colour drifts from the Pantone
Cause: mixing by eye. Control: inks and threads matched to a physical Pantone chip; lab dip approved before bulk. See materials & colours.
Logo sits 1 cm off between bags
Cause: free-hand placement. Control: laser-marked jig per style, ±3 mm checked at inline inspection.
Patch peels at the corner
Cause: bond temperature or time too low. Control: 150–170 °C for 10–15 s on a calibrated press, plus edge stitching on patches over 5 cm.
Logo too small to read on Amazon thumbnails
Cause: logo scaled from a print file. Control: we advise a minimum 6 cm mark on the main panel for FBA listings and photograph it free on production orders.

300 pieces, the same as any order. Screen printing and embroidery have no extra minimum above that; moulded patches and metal badges usually make sense from 500 pcs because of mould cost. See the MOQ guide.
It depends on the method, logo size and colour count rather than a flat fee. Screen print and woven labels are the lowest tier; embroidery and PU patches sit in the middle; debossing and metal badges are the highest. We quote the logo line separately so you can compare. Yes. Main panel, end pocket, strap and interior label are the usual four. Each position is fixed in cm on the tech pack and checked with a jig at inline inspection to ±3 mm.
Yes. For a duffel, pouch and shoe bag set we usually keep one method on the same fabric family and switch to a woven label where the fabric changes, so the colour reads the same across all pieces.
Yes. Files, screens, embroidery tapes and patch moulds are stored under your project code and are not reused for other buyers. We sign an NDA on request before sampling.
