Private Label Yoga Bag Set Contents and Specifications

A yoga studio set is specified by the three pieces it contains and by the one thing they share. Mat bag length is set by the mat, tote capacity by the change of clothes, and the embroidery file by the studio logo; the rest follows.

Where Private Label Yoga Bag Sets Go Wrong: and What We Do About It

A studio set fails when the mat does not fit, the embroidery does not match across pieces, or the boxes do not fit behind the front desk. Three spec lines, all confirmed at sample stage.

The mat bag is 5 cm too short

A 6 mm mat rolls to 15–16 cm diameter and 61–68 cm long depending on the brand; a bag cut for a 4 mm mat will not zip around it. We ask for the exact mat model, size the tube at 65–75 cm with a 15–18 cm diameter, and test the prototype with a rolled mat of that thickness before it ships.

The embroidery reads differently on each piece

The same logo digitised 3 times for 3 pieces comes out at 3 slightly different stitch densities. We digitise the studio logo once at 40–80 mm, run it on the same machine head across tote, mat bag and pouch, and approve one stitch-out sample for the whole set rather than one per piece.

The cartons do not fit behind a front desk

A studio has 1–2 m of storage, not a warehouse. We flat-fold all 3 pieces into the tote, pack 20–30 sets per carton under 15 kg, and stage delivery in 2–3 drops for multi-site chains so each studio receives 50–100 sets it can store rather than 300 it cannot.

We size the tube to the mat you sell: 4 mm mats roll to about 13–14 cm diameter, 6 mm to 15–16 cm. Send the mat model and we cut the 65–75 cm bag to it. See yoga mat bags.
Canvas for a studio read and clean embroidery; RPET when the set has to wipe clean and weigh 0.3 kg less. Both run at the same operation count. The material guide compares them.
