The cord exits pull through

A cord exit that is a bare hole in the mesh widens every time the bag is cinched. We bar-tack the exit or set a 10–12 mm metal eyelet through a 300–600D reinforcement patch, and on sack versions anchor the bottom cord loops through the base panel.

The print flakes off the mesh

Screen print on open mesh has 30–50% of its ink sitting in the holes, and it cracks as the bag flexes. We move the logo to the solid 300–600D base panel or a sewn-on label patch, and use heat transfer when the artwork has more than 2 colours.

Yes. An 80 × 50 mm clear window with a card slot, and the bags sorted and labelled by roster so the club hands them out without re-sorting. Roster packing is a handling charge, not a minimum change.
That is the point of the construction: open 100–200 GSM mesh drains on the way from the pool and dries hung by the cords. For kit that must stay sealed, pair it with a welded wet bag inside.
