The structure collapses after a month

A canvas tote that stands on a shelf and slumps in a locker within weeks has no interfacing, only heavy fabric. We fuse a 0.3–0.5 mm interfacing to the side panels, fit a 1.5–2 mm PE base board in its own sleeve, and add four metal feet on retail builds so the base never sits in water.

The embroidery puckers on heavy canvas

Embroidery size, stitch density, backing and fabric weight need to be tested together. We review the logo on the chosen fabric during sampling and adjust it before bulk production.

The base corners scuff through

A structured tote is set down on concrete studio floors 2–4 times a session, and the four base corners take all of it. We add a PU-coated 600D base panel under the canvas on retail builds, bind the corners with 25 mm tape, and fit feet where the price point allows.

Yes, on the structured build: fused 0.3–0.5 mm interfacing on the side panels and a 1.5–2 mm PE base board. The unstructured mini tote folds flat and will not. We send both as prototypes if you are deciding.
