The Bag Factory Behind Venlinker

Venlinker was founded in 2010 by Miss Wu, who has more than 15 years of experience in the handbag industry and has worked with 500+ companies and individual brand owners. Our in-house design and manufacturing teams help buyers move from an idea to an approved sample and a production order.

Built around the first order

MOQ starts from 300 pieces. A first order and a repeat order both need an approved specification, a physical sample and agreed inspection requirements.

Design in-house from day one

10+ designers releasing 100+ new models a month means a buyer without a tech pack is not turned away. See sample development.

Why We Only Make Women’s Sports & Active-Life Bags

We focus on active-life bag programmes because their construction requirements overlap: wet and dry storage, shoe separation, mat fit, adjustable carry and coordinated product sets.

Wet is a construction problem

For a wet compartment, lining, opening and seam construction must be reviewed together. We confirm the suitable process and required water-resistance checks during sampling.

Fit decides sell-through

Mat dimensions, device fit and carry stability need to be checked before a bag is approved. We review these points on the sample so the brand can assess the design with its intended contents. Running waist packs.

One bag, several contexts

Women’s active carry is bought as a lifestyle product, not equipment. A work-gym backpack has to hold a 14–16″ laptop, separate shoes and wet kit, and still look right in an office. See work-gym lifestyle bags.

What we do not make

Diaper bags, lunch bags, tool bags, fireproof bags, evening clutches, formal handbags, hard-shell luggage, tactical and military bags, pet carriers, school-only backpacks. If a project needs one of these, we will say so rather than take the order and learn on your money.

How We Work With Custom Bag Buyers

These are policies, not values statements. Each one is something a buyer can hold us to on a specific order.

Inspection and documentation

Our team carries out 100% pre-shipment inspection. Buyers may arrange SGS, BV or TUV inspection. Required documents and inspection criteria are agreed before production; no certification is implied.

The golden sample stays here

Your approved prototype is kept at the factory as the physical reference for bulk production and repeat orders. Approved sample management.

Quotes follow the written spec

Quotes state the approved specification, quantity and validity period. Changes to materials, construction or packing are priced before you approve them. Review cost factors.

NDA before the tech pack

Confidentiality and ownership requirements should be agreed before the design is shared. Send your NDA for review and tell us which files need restricted handling.
Every one of these is checkable before you place an order. Ask us to demonstrate any of them.

Our Design, QC and Export Teams

Roughly 500 people work at the plant. Three groups touch your order directly, and one person stays on your account from RFQ to delivery.
