How to Request a Custom Bag Sample: 4 Steps From Brief to Courier

Four steps between the first message and a tracking number. Nothing is cut until you have approved a written spec, so there are no surprises at the parcel stage.

Tell us what you need

Bag type, which of the 2 sample routes you want, and whatever you have: a tech pack, a sketch, 3–6 reference photos or a written brief. None of it is mandatory to start. Use the form below or the quote form if you also want pricing.
Step 2

We confirm and quote

Within 24 hours you get the sample type, the fee if any, courier options and a timeline. For custom prototypes we lock fabric, colour, hardware, logo method and dimensions in cm in writing before anyone cuts material: see the RFQ checklist.
Step 3

We build and ship

Existing samples leave in 1–2 working days. Custom prototypes take 5–7 working days in our own sample room, then ship by international courier with a tracking number and photos sent before dispatch. See sample development.

You evaluate and decide

What to Include in Your Custom Bag Sample Request

Two lists, one per route. The more of the second list you can send, the closer the first prototype lands and the less likely you are to spend your free revision on a dimension fix.

For an Existing Sample

Four lines are enough. Name the bag type you are targeting, a preferred fabric if you have one in mind, the shipping address with your preferred courier, and one sentence on the project: market, channel and rough quantity. We then pick the 1–2 closest bags from the showroom rather than sending whatever is nearest the door.

Six inputs: a tech pack or design brief, fabric preference with a Pantone colour, target dimensions L × W × H in cm, a logo file as AI, PDF or 300 DPI PNG, hardware preferences down to zipper size and buckle width in mm, and reference images of anything you want matched. Missing lines are proposed by our designers, not assumed silently.
