Prep done at the factory removes a handling step, a storage cost and a week of transit. Four things change in how the order is run when the destination is a fulfilment centre.

Packing spec written before cutting

Units per carton, polybag size, label position and carton mark content are fixed at spec stage, not at packing. That is why a carton does not end up at 24 kg with the goods already sewn.

Label position checked against the golden sample

FNSKU placement is recorded on the golden sample like any other spec, so it lands in the same place on every unit and is not applied over a seam or a zip.

Every carton weighed, not sampled

Cartons are weighed individually at packing inspection and the real weight goes on the mark, so a shipment plan built from those numbers matches what the fulfilment centre records.

Review feedback fed back into the spec

Send us the review text about a zipper, a strap or a stitch line. We confirm the production schedule after reviewing the specification, material availability and target quantity. Allow separate time for sample approval and freight.
