Cause: an entry-tier build handed out for daily gym use. Control: tier matched to use: bartacked handles and a 5# zip minimum for a member bag, 8# and a reinforced base for staff. Written on the build sheet, not assumed.
Staff bags look like a different brand
Cause: developed separately from the member bag. Control: staff styles share the member fabric booking and the same logo standard, changing colourway and method rather than the whole specification.
Bags arrive after the membership drive has started
Cause: ordering on stock level instead of on lead time. Control: order about 10 weeks out for a repeat and 14–16 weeks for a first run on sea freight; air at 5–10 days is the fallback. See shipping terms.
