Send the brief

Bag type, quantity from 300 pcs, colourways, logo file and the date goods must land. The 12 fields in the RFQ checklist are enough for a quote without a tech pack.

Program and price range

We return the matching buyer program, a FOB price range at three quantities and a dated schedule working backwards from your delivery date.
Day 1–3

Specification locked

Fabric denier and GSM, Pantone, logo method and placement in cm, hardware and packing are written down and confirmed. See design & structure.

Production-grade sample

Colour drifts across a 20,000 pc retail run
Cause: fabric dyed in several lots without a reference. Control: one dye lot per colourway where volume allows, an approved lab dip before bulk and roll-by-roll checks at incoming inspection.
An event date passes before the cartons land
Cause: a schedule built forwards from the purchase order. Control: the plan is built backwards from the event date with air freight at 5–10 days held as a fallback. See corporate & event.

Start from how you buy rather than what you sell. Under 1,000 pcs on one or two styles points to startup & DTC or creator brands; a 3–8 SKU range points to activewear brands; 5,000 pcs and up with retail packing points to distributors & retailers.
No. 300 pieces applies to every program, because the number comes from cutting lays and 50–100 m fabric rolls rather than from account size. Larger buyers simply order more styles and colourways at once. The arithmetic is in the MOQ guide.
