How a custom bag project moves forward
The goal is not to rush buyers into a sample. The goal is to remove uncertainty before the sample is made.
1. Project brief
Share style references, target users, quantity, budget range, delivery country and must-have features.
2. Feasibility check
We review shape, sewing difficulty, material availability, trim sourcing and MOQ pressure points.
3. Quotation outline
Price assumptions are listed by quantity tier, material, logo, packaging, sample fee and trade term.
4. Sample build
Prototype samples are made after sample cost, timing and revision expectations are confirmed.
5. Revision and approval
Fit, dimensions, compartments, color, logo position and construction details are corrected before bulk.
6. Production file
Approved sample, material list, color card, logo artwork and packing method become the production standard.
7. Bulk production
Cutting, sewing, trimming, cleaning and packing are managed against the approved standard.
8. Shipment support
Final inspection, carton details and logistics handoff are prepared for your forwarder or agreed trade terms.

MOQ
Discussed by project. Lower MOQ may be possible with stock fabric and simple decoration; custom materials and hardware usually raise MOQ.
Sample fee
Usually tied to pattern work, material sourcing, logo tooling and complexity. Refundable conditions can be agreed before sampling.
Sample lead time
Commonly planned around 7-14 days after details, artwork and sample payment are confirmed.
Bulk lead time
Commonly planned around 25-45 days after sample approval, deposit and material confirmation.
