Cause: bulk bought from a different mill than the swatch. Control: fabric locked to a named supplier from our 200+ verified list; GSM and denier checked at incoming inspection on every roll.
Logo colour matches, bag colour does not
Cause: logo and fabric approved on different days under different light. Control: lab dip and logo sample approved together on one bag; Pantone reference stored under your project code.
Custom hardware arrives 2 weeks after the fabric
Cause: mould ordered after sample approval. Control: mould drawing released on day 1 of sampling, so the 10–15 day mould window overlaps with sample and deposit.
Cartons rejected at the FBA inbound dock

Print pattern breaks at the side seam
Cause: artwork sized to the fabric roll, not the pattern piece. Control: print layout mapped to cut pieces with ±3 mm alignment marks before the strike-off.
