Two Sample Options

Option A — Existing Sample

We ship a bag from our showroom or a recent production run — as close as we have to your target type, fabric and construction. You check fabric hand, stitching, hardware and finishing before spending anything on development.

How to Request a Sample

Step 1 — Tell us what you need

Bag type, which sample path you want, and whatever you already have: a tech pack, a sketch, reference photos, or just a written brief. None of it is mandatory to start.

Step 2 — We confirm and quote

Within 24 hours you get the sample type, cost if any, courier options and timeline. For custom prototypes we lock fabric, color, hardware, logo method and dimensions in writing before anyone cuts material.

Step 3 — We build and ship

Existing samples leave in 1–2 days. Custom prototypes take 5–7 working days, then ship by international courier with a tracking number.

Step 4 — You evaluate and decide

Check fabric, hardware, stitching, color, dimensions and logo placement. Custom prototype buyers get one free round of adjustments. The approved prototype becomes the QC reference for your production run — every bag is compared against it during inspection, and we keep it at the factory for the life of the program.

Sample FAQ

Is the sample really free?

The existing sample is — the bag costs you nothing, you cover the courier at roughly $30–60. Custom prototypes carry a $30–150 fee based on complexity, refunded in full when you place the production order. Courier is separate and not refundable either way.

How long does a custom prototype take?

5–7 working days from the moment we confirm the tech pack or spec, plus 3–7 days for international courier. If a fabric has to be sourced outside our standing supplier network, we tell you before the clock starts.

Can I request changes to the prototype?

One round of adjustments is included at no extra cost. A full redesign — different structure, or a different bag entirely — needs a new sample.

How many samples can I request?

Existing samples: 1–2 bags is standard. Custom prototypes: one per design. If you are developing a range of 3–8 SKUs we can prototype them in parallel rather than sequentially.

Can I get multiple colorways?

Existing samples: whatever the showroom has. Custom prototypes: one colorway for approval is standard. Production colors are handled through Pantone lab dips before bulk cutting, so you approve color separately from construction.

What happens after I approve the prototype?

It becomes the golden sample. Every unit in production is checked against it — incoming materials, inline sewing, AQL sampling and 100% pre-shipment inspection all reference it. We store it at the factory permanently.

What are the terms if I go ahead?

MOQ from 300 pieces per style. Payment is 30% deposit to start production and 70% before the goods leave our factory. We quote FOB by default and can arrange CIF or DDP.
