Bag Factory Audit and Documents: What We Provide and What You Commission

This page is deliberately plain about what Venlinker holds and what it does not. We are a 5,000 m² bag factory in Guangzhou with a business licence, our own 100% pre-shipment inspection and full document support: and we hold no third-party social, environmental or quality certificates of any kind. Buyers who need certified evidence commission it: third-party inspections and factory audits by SGS, BV or TUV are welcome on any order, booked and paid by the buyer, with floor access Mon–Sat.

Bag Manufacturer Documentation: What Venlinker Can Provide

Six document types come from the factory itself. Each one is a record of something we did or bought: none of them is a certificate, and none of them is presented as one.

Business Licence and Scope

A copy of the Chinese business licence showing the registered company, the registered capital, the registered address in Huadu District, Guangzhou and the business scope covering bag manufacture and export. Issued on request within 24 hours, with the export record that lets us ship under our own name.
Issued in 24 h

Supplier Material Data Sheets

Composition, denier, GSM, coating type and coat weight for the fabric, lining and webbing bought for your order, as supplied by the mill. Sheets come from the supplier, not from us, and are passed on unchanged with the mill named. See material sourcing.
Per fabric and per lot

Bill of Materials With Named Suppliers

The BOM for your style: shell, lining, zipper chain and size (#3–#10), webbing width, buckles, foam and packaging, each with the supplier it was bought from. It is the document your own laboratory needs before it can decide what to test.

Our 100% Pre-Shipment Inspection Report

The quotation and order documents confirm the payment schedule, inspection arrangements and shipment-release requirements. Review these terms before approving the order. final inspection.

Third Party Inspection for Bags: SGS, BV and TUV on Any Order

Independent inspection is the practical route to evidence a certificate would otherwise provide. It is available on every order from 300 pcs, and the six points below are how it works here.

Any Body, Any Order

SGS, BV, TUV, QIMA or an inspector you appoint yourself, on an order of 300 pcs or 20,000. We do not restrict which firm you use and we do not ask to see the report before you do.
No restriction on the firm

Commissioned and Paid by the Buyer

The inspection contract is between you and the inspection body, which is what makes the result independent. We charge nothing for hosting it and take no commission; the fee is on your account.

Booked 3–5 Days Ahead

Give your project manager the date and the firm and they hold the slot against the packing schedule, so the goods are 100% packed on the day the inspector arrives. Timing detail is on third-party inspection support.

We Prepare, We Do Not Present

Audits and Live Video Audits

A factory audit of the floor, the lines, the QC office and the material store runs Mon–Sat. Buyers who cannot travel run the same walk as a live video audit with the camera where they ask for it, on WhatsApp, WeChat or Zoom.

Bag Factory Audit: How a Buyer Books One and What Happens on the Day

Whether you audit yourself, send an agent or appoint a firm, the day follows the same shape. Nothing is staged for the visit: the lines run their normal schedule while you walk them.
Step 1

Book the date

Two to three working days’ notice for a buyer visit, 3–5 for an audit firm. Mon–Sat, 09:00–18:00. Airport pickup from Baiyun (CAN), 40 minutes away, or 20 minutes from Guangzhou North station.
Step 2

Say what you want to see

Sewing lines, cutting room, sample room, fabric store, QC office, packing bay, or all of them. If your audit has a checklist, send it ahead so the right records are pulled and the right people are on site.
Step 3

Documents pulled in advance

Business licence copy, BOM for the styles you are auditing, supplier material data sheets, incoming inspection records, inline patrol sheets and recent final inspection reports are ready in the meeting room on arrival.
Step 4

Walk the floor while it runs

All 5,000 m²: 10+ sewing lines at a total factory capacity of 50,000+ bags per month, cutting, high-frequency TPU/PVC welding, embroidery and print, and the packing bay. Photos and video are allowed except on another buyer’s styles.
Step 5

Talk to the people doing the work

Line supervisors, the QC lead and the sourcing desk, not only a sales host. Questions about stitch density, rework rates or roll rejection are answered by the person who records them.
Step 6

Findings and written response

Leave your findings and we respond in writing within 5 working days with what will change, who owns it and by when. Repeat audits before each season are welcome and are not treated as a lack of trust.

Bag Factory Compliance Questions and the Honest Answer to Each

Six questions buyers ask when they compare factories, and the answer we give even where it costs us the order.
“Send me your certificates.”
Answer: we have none to send. Venlinker holds no third-party quality, social or environmental certificate. What we can send is the business licence, the BOM, supplier data sheets, incoming records and our 100% pre-shipment inspection report, within 24 hours of the request.
“Your competitor sent a certificate PDF.”
Answer: then ask for the certificate number and check it on the issuing body’s own database, and check the legal entity and address on it against the factory you are actually buying from. A verifiable certificate is worth having; an unverifiable PDF is worth nothing.
“Can you just confirm the goods comply?”
Answer: no. We will not issue a compliance declaration for a market we cannot test in. We will supply the BOM, the supplier data sheets and as many samples as your laboratory needs so you can have the goods tested and hold a real result.
“Who pays for the inspection?”
Answer: you do, and that is the point: an inspection we paid for would not be independent. We charge nothing for hosting the inspector, staging the goods, providing the golden sample and paperwork, or for a re-inspection after rework.
“How do I check the factory is real before I pay?”
Answer: come Mon–Sat with 2–3 days’ notice, send an agent, or run a live video audit with the camera where you ask. The address is European Industrial Park, Shiling Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou; see about Venlinker and factory vs trading company.
“What if the third-party inspection fails?”
The quotation and order documents confirm the payment schedule, inspection arrangements and shipment-release requirements. Review these terms before approving the order. third-party inspection support.

FAQ

Bag Factory Audit and Documentation FAQ: Certificates, Testing, Audits

No. Venlinker holds no third-party quality, social or environmental certificate, and this site makes no such claim anywhere. What we do hold is a Chinese business licence covering bag manufacture and export, our own documented inspection process on the quality control pages, and a factory that is open to audit Mon–Sat.
The quotation and order documents confirm the payment schedule, inspection arrangements and shipment-release requirements. Review these terms before approving the order. SGS, BV or TUV inspection.
We can provide everything a laboratory needs to produce one: the bill of materials with named suppliers, the mills’ own material data sheets, incoming inspection records and as many samples as the test method requires, at no charge. The testing itself is commissioned and paid by the buyer from a laboratory you choose, and the report is issued to you.
Commercial invoice, packing list with carton weights and dimensions, bill of lading or air waybill, our 100% final inspection report with photos, and container loading photos. Certificate of origin, Form E or Form A, supplier data sheets and the BOM are issued on request; the full list is on packing and export support.
Two to three working days for a buyer or agent visit and 3–5 for an audit firm, Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00. Lines run their normal schedule during the visit. Airport pickup from Baiyun is 40 minutes; Guangzhou North station is 20 minutes. Book through contact.
Yes. A live video audit covers the same route as a physical one: cutting, the 10+ sewing lines, welding, the sample room, the fabric store, the QC office and the packing bay: with the camera wherever you ask. Documents are shown on screen and sent afterwards. Many buyers do this before a first order and visit later.
The buyer, always. That is what keeps the result independent of us. We provide the goods staged, the golden sample, the packing list, our own records and floor access at no charge, and we do not take a commission from any inspection body. Booking guidance is on third-party inspection support.
