A set shoe bag is judged on whether it matches the bag it ships inside and whether it vents. Fabric, size and mesh area are the three lines that decide both, and they are borrowed from the main bag spec rather than written from scratch.

Custom Shoe Bag Variants We Build for Sets

Four builds on one 34–38 cm pattern. The variant follows the main bag: a PU tote gets a PU shoe bag, a nylon backpack gets a nylon one, and the closure matches the hardware finish of the set.

Zip shoe bag in shell fabric

600D polyester or nylon from the duffel booking, #5 zip with the set pull, mesh base. The standard piece inside a private label gym bag set.

Where Set Shoe Bags Fail: and What We Do About It

A shoe bag has one job and three ways to fail at it: it does not vent, the mesh tears at the zip, or it looks like it came from a different factory than the bag it ships in.

It seals the smell in instead of venting it

A shoe bag with no mesh, or with a 20 cm² mesh eyelet, is a sealed damp box by day 3. We specify 80–120 cm² of 100–200 GSM mesh on the base or an end wall, positioned away from the main bag’s laptop or clean zone, so the pair dries inside the bag overnight.

It does not match the bag it ships in

A shoe bag bought from a second supplier in a near-match fabric is the most common set defect we see on incoming samples. We cut it from the same roll as the main bag in one dye lot, use the same zip pull and the same woven label from one label order, and check the pair side by side at final inspection.

This is the retail-finish version that ships inside a duffel or tote set in the main bag’s fabric. The team shoe bag is a roster-volume piece with a name tag and sponsor print area, packed by player. Same pattern family, different finish and packing.
It should, and it does when it is cut from the same roll in one dye lot with the same zip pull and label. A shoe bag from a second supplier is the most common visible defect in a set. See incoming inspection.
Zip for gym and backpack sets where the bag is opened daily; drawstring for tote and yoga sets, saving 3–4 operations. Both take the same 100–200 GSM mesh vent.
34–38 cm bodies fit one pair of trainers to EU 42. For larger sizes we extend the pattern to 40–42 cm at sample stage; tell us the size range your customers wear.
Existing showroom samples are free, with courier paid by the buyer. Custom prototypes take 5–7 working days after the specification is confirmed. We quote the prototype fee, courier charge and any sample-fee credit before work starts. free sample.
