The shoe pocket distorts the silhouette

A side shoe pocket on a 30 L body pushes the bag out of square the moment a trainer goes in. We move the pocket to the base, keep it 30–32 cm long and 9–10 cm deep for an EU 41, and separate it with a stiffened 1 mm divider so the main body keeps its shape at 8–10 kg of load.

The wet pouch wicks into the lining

A 0.15 mm PEVA pouch stitched straight through to the lining transfers damp to clean kit within 2–3 hours. We weld the pouch seams and attach it by its zip tape only, or make it removable on a 20 mm hook, so no needle hole sits below the water line.

Trims do not match the shell colour

A dusty-pink shell with webbing two shades off reads as a defect on a retail rail. We lab-dip shell, webbing and zip tape against one Pantone reference, hold the approved dips for repeat runs and check every dye lot at incoming inspection.

The base pocket is cut 30–32 cm long, which takes up to EU 41. If your customer base runs larger we extend it to EU 44 at the cost of about 2 cm of body length. Send the shoe size range and we pattern to it.
