The zip is the weak point

A standard coil zip on a sealed compartment is a row of holes. We use a water-resistant coated zip with a storm flap on wet bags and a welded roll or clip seal on pouches that need to be submersible. The closure spec has to match the product claim.

From 300 pieces. A mesh bag plus wet pouch set is counted per set, which is how most swim-school and club programmes order.
Yes: a clear panel with a card slot on the mesh body, plus a printed team logo. See mesh swim bags and gym, studio & club chains.
Not on the welded body: embroidery punches holes and breaks the seal. We print or heat-transfer on TPU, and put embroidery on a sewn shell panel or a woven label if you want a stitched look.
Mesh weight, stretch and seam strength should be checked on the sample for the intended load.
Custom samples take 5–7 working days after the specification is confirmed. Bulk production and repeat-order schedules are confirmed in your quotation, based on the construction, materials, quantity and production availability. Welded products occasionally add time if a specific TPU gauge is out of network.
