The wet compartment leaks

Agree the lining, seam route and intended water exposure before sampling. Any leak-test method and acceptance criteria should be recorded in the approved specification.

The base blows out

Base fabric, coating, reinforcement and handle anchors need to match the intended load. We review the construction and agree any load or abrasion checks before bulk production.

The shoe tunnel zipper fails

The mouth of a shoe tunnel takes more stress than any other zip on the bag because shoes are forced in at an angle. We step the zipper size up at that opening and reinforce both ends. a #5 that works elsewhere is the wrong choice here.

Custom Gym Bags. Frequently Asked Questions

From 300 pieces with style and colour quantities confirmed in the quote. A single-colour 300D polyester duffel with a woven label sits at the low end; a three-colour programme with custom moulded hardware sits higher. We confirm the exact number with the quote. Full breakdown in the MOQ guide.
Most gym duffels land between 35 and 55 L. Under 35 L reads as a day bag and competes with backpacks; over 55 L it becomes travel luggage and the base and handle engineering changes. If you are unsure, send us the kit list your customer carries and we will size it.
A wet-compartment specification needs a suitable lining and seam route. Send the expected exposure to water; we will confirm the construction and test requirements with the sample.
We are a custom manufacturer, not a stock supplier. The nearest equivalent is a simple spec. one fabric, one colour, a woven label. which prices close to a stock bag while still being made to your dimensions. See distributors & retailers.
Custom sampling takes 5–7 working days after the specification is confirmed. Bulk timing depends on materials, quantity and available production slots. Send the event or delivery date so we can work back from it.
Existing showroom samples are free; you pay the courier. Custom prototype fees, shipping charges and refund terms are quoted before work begins. Review sample options.
MOQ starts from 300 pieces. Payment terms, shipping basis and any sample-fee credit are confirmed in the written quotation before work starts.
Our team carries out 100% pre-shipment inspection. Buyers may arrange SGS, BV or TUV inspection. Required documents and inspection criteria are agreed before production; no certification is implied.
