The three pieces are three different shades

Canvas, polyester webbing and zip tape take dye differently, and a set cut from three suppliers arrives in three shades of the same Pantone. We lab-dip every component against one reference, book the shell fabric for the whole set in one lot, and lay the pieces side by side at incoming inspection before cutting.

The labels do not match across pieces

A woven label on the tote, a printed label on the pouch and no label on the carrier reads as three vendors. We build one label system, place it at the same relative position on each piece, and sign it off on a single golden sample that holds all the pieces together.

Per set, from 300 sets per colourway, regardless of how many pieces are in it. That is why studio buyers often start with a 3-piece set rather than three separate 300-piece orders. See the MOQ guide.
We manufacture the bags. Send the mat you sell, or its thickness and length, and we pattern the carrier to it and colour-match every piece to the mat by lab dip. Sets are also listed under yoga studio sets in accessories.
One Pantone reference, a lab dip for each component fabric and webbing, and the shell booked in one lot for the whole set. The pieces are laid side by side at incoming inspection before cutting. See materials & colors.

We confirm the production schedule after reviewing the specification, material availability and target quantity. Allow separate time for sample approval and freight. The pieces run on parallel lines and meet at packing, so the set does not add a lead time of its own; a printed gift box can.
Yes. The usual approach is a shared set with a per-location or per-company variant on the tote only, so the carrier and pouch stay common. Each variant is a separate embroidery or print file, not a separate MOQ, at the same fabric and colour.
