Two dye lots do not match on the same shelf

Natural canvas varies by lot, and piece-dyed canvas drifts between runs. We approve a lab dip against your Pantone, store it, book fabric for a colourway in one lot, and check every roll at incoming inspection against the stored dip before cutting.

The handles tear the rim

Handles sewn to the top 4–5 cm of the body pull the rim within a season of grocery-and-gym use. We route 25–38 mm cotton webbing down the body and under the base as a continuous loop, box-stitch at the rim, and pull-test the prototype to 15 kg per handle.
