Why Running Bags Get Returned

Review these construction points before approving the sample. The right choice depends on the intended load, material and how the bag will be used.

It bounces

Bounce comes from a belt that hangs off the body instead of wrapping it. We taper the belt to follow the waist curve, use 4-way stretch across the contact panel, and keep the load close and low. A wider buckle does not fix a straight-cut belt.

The reflective detail is decorative

Reflective trim and reflective performance are different requirements. Specify the market and any applicable testing requirement before making a visibility claim. Placement and area are reviewed with the sample.

With pattern geometry, not hardware. The belt is tapered to follow the waist curve, the contact panel uses 4-way stretch, and the load is kept close and low. A straight-cut belt with a bigger buckle still bounces. This is settled on the prototype. which is why we build one before bulk.

Yes. reservoir sleeve, hose routing and sternum strap. We build the sleeve to a stated reservoir brand and size; send the reservoir you plan to bundle or sell alongside, or tell us the capacity you are designing for.

Yes, as trim, piping, reflective fabric panels or high-coverage reflective print. Be clear with us whether visibility is a real product claim or a design detail. the two need very different coverage, and we would rather say so at quote stage. See reflective running pouches.
Custom sampling takes 5–7 working days after the specification is confirmed. Bulk timing depends on materials, quantity and available production slots. Send the event or delivery date so we can work back from it.
We make the carry, not the bottles. We will build holsters to the bottle you intend to bundle. send the bottle or its dimensions and we pattern the holster angle around it.
MOQ starts from 300 pieces. Payment terms, shipping basis and any sample-fee credit are confirmed in the written quotation before work starts.
