Common concerns from custom bag buyers

Exact answers depend on your product design, target quantity, materials, logo method and delivery plan.

What is your MOQ?

MOQ is discussed by project. Stock materials, simple logos and standard accessories can reduce MOQ pressure; custom fabric, custom color or special hardware usually increase MOQ.

Do you charge sample fees?

Yes, sample fees are usually based on pattern work, materials, logo tooling and complexity. Refundable terms can be discussed before sampling.

How long does sampling take?

A typical sample plan is around 7-14 days after details, artwork and sample payment are confirmed, depending on material availability.

How long is bulk production?

A common planning range is 25-45 days after sample approval and deposit. Custom materials, packaging and peak season can change the schedule.

Can you help choose materials?

Yes. We compare fabric, lining, zipper, hardware, reinforcement and logo methods based on target price, style and use case.

Can I use my own brand label?

Yes. Private label options include woven labels, hangtags, patches, embroidery, printing, zipper pulls and packaging details.

How transparent is the quote?

When specs are clear, we can separate quantity tier, material, workmanship, logo, packaging, sample cost and shipping assumptions.

Do you support third-party inspection?

Yes, buyer-appointed or third-party inspection can be coordinated before shipment when required by the project.

Which trade terms can you support?

EXW, FOB and logistics coordination such as forwarder pickup or DDP discussion can be handled by project needs.

What files should I send?

Reference images, dimensions, quantity, material preference, logo artwork, target price, packaging needs and delivery country are the best starting point.
